When it comes to avoiding tags on the basepaths, there's no one better in MLB than Javier Baez. You think you have him out and then he just swims his way out of your grasp.

When he's not sliding, he is still elusive, with the juking ability of an NFL running back.

In MLB, Baez is the master. But he may not be the only master out there. During Thursday night's game between the Brothers and the Lions in the Chinese Professional Baseball League, Brothers shortstop Chen Weihan got caught in a rundown between first and second base. Then he did this:

It seems that Baez may have a thing or two to learn from Weihan, which, when you think about it, is sort of scary. Imagine a player more elusive on the basepaths than he already is. There would be no easy outs, that's for sure.

It's probably advisable that you not try to replicate that pose at home unless you have a solid background in yoga.
