Cubs president Theo Epstein celebrated breaking the Curse of the Billy Goat by literally eating a goat

As well all know, Theo Epstein is the GOAT. He ended an 86-year championship drought and then moved half-way across the country only to end another franchise's 108-year drought. And so we are here to talk about Theo the GOAT...
...Wait, I need to apologize. This is all wrong. Apparently we're not here because Theo is the GOAT, but instead because he ate a goat -- evidentally a reasonable and necessary way to celebrate ending the Curse of the Billy Goat.

As reported by the Chicago Sun Times, Cubs general manager Jed Hoyer was talking with Chicago restauranteur Kevin Boehm after the World Series when Theo chimed in with his culinary request. Boehm knew just the chef and enlisted one-time Top Chef champion Stephanie Izard to handle the order. Izard now runs a restaurant called Girl & the Goat which specializes in preparing the farm animal. She oven-roasted a 9-1/2 pound goat and Epstein ate it for lunch in the left-field bleachers at Wrigley Field -- because where else could you possibly do such a thing? -- with members of his front office staff.
Why bother doing Saturday Night Live or going to Disney World when you can eat a goat instead?
