Michael Young nearly clocked Elvis Andrus for wearing a clown mask around him

"It." "Killer Klowns from Outer Space." Federico Fellini's "The Clowns." Clowns have been terrorizing mankind ever since the dawn of makeup. Even being a former Major Leaguer with over 2,300 hits doesn't save you from being horrified by the foundation-covered tricksters.
When former Ranger legend Michael Young rode around Arlington Stadium in a truck with his family before the Rangers' 5-3 victory over the Royals on Sunday, Elvis Andrus popped out of the dugout wearing a Jigsaw from the "Saw" film franchise mask to give the former infielder a scare. Needless to say, Young went straight into fight-or-flight mode:

Young explained during the game that he has a "severe distaste and distrust" of clowns. Surprisingly, Young's children didn't offer to help their father beat up the clown. After all, Young has explained to them that "clowns are a bad thing, you want nothing to do with them." Seems reasonable.
While Andrus later apologized on Instagram, that surely won't be enough to stop Young from getting prank retribution. Hopefully Andrus doesn't have a fear of pickles:
