No, you didn't hit rewind on the DVR -- Enrique Hernandez made dazzling plays in consecutive innings

With his Dodgers facing tough left-hander Jarlín García and the Marlins on Monday night, manager Dave Roberts gave Corey Seager the night off at shortstop. In his place, versatile infielder/outfielder/team cheerleader/videobomb expert Kiké Hernández subbed in.
And boy, did he ever. 
In the second inning, Miguel Rojas hit a bouncer up the middle, seemingly destined for center field. But no -- there was Hernandez, sliding in to make a spectacular play: 

Dodgers rookie Walker Buehler was pumped:

Exactly one inning later, Starlin Castro tried the same grounder-up-the-middle attempt ... but there's that man again, doin' what he does:

Oh, but he wasn't done. In the fourth, Hernandez picked up the Dodgers' first hit of the ballgame -- a solo homer to stake L.A. to a 1-0 lead:

Batter beware. He's always paying attention.

In the end, a strong first Major League start from Buehler and Hernandez's efforts came up big for the Dodgers, who won, 2-1.
