Jose Iglesias turned in another gem with a glove flip at second base

Following a 13-inning marathon against the Orioles on Tuesday night that ended with a 13-11 loss, the Tigers knew that they had to do a better job of keeping the Baltimore offense down on Wednesday. They did just that and emerged with a 5-4 triumph, with great help from defensive whiz Jose Iglesias.
The shortstop didn't wait long to make his presence felt. Tigers starter Michael Fulmer was in a second-inning jam, as the Orioles had the bases loaded and one out in a scoreless game. J.J. Hardy hit a chopper back up the middle.
Iglesias charged, and with Trey Mancini about to reach second, he pulled off a remarkable play.

He barely even looked toward second before the flip to Ian Kinsler (who made a nice barehanded snag). Unbelievable.
A run scored on the fielder's choice, but it could have been so much worse. Fulmer held the O's to that singular run in the second, and the Tigers eked out a one-run victory.
That wasn't the only slick play that Iglesias made on Wednesday, either. Mancini was victimized again in the sixth when Iglesias made a diving stab and quick throw to Kinsler for another force.

Clearly, the O's need to hit the ball in another direction! Iglesias has everywhere around the shortstop position covered.
