Josh Harrison and Andrew McCutchen showed off incredible dugout dancing moves

Stretching before exercise has come under attack in recent years as studies have repeatedly shown that traditional, static routines -- like those we all did in gym class -- have little to no effect. During Thursday's 11-7 loss to the Cardinals, Pirates Josh Harrison and Andrew McCutchen debuted a new, dynamic stretching routine.

The new routine seems to have worked. Harrison went 3-for-5 with a home run while McCutchen went 3-for-4 with a double.
Perhaps the fun these two players had, combined with the obvious benefits to performance, will transform this dancing display into a team-wide ritual, transforming the Pirates' dugout into an all-out dance party.
