Managers have a difficult job in today's game. They must work well with the front office, make genius in-game tactical decisions and maintain peace in the clubhouse. Oh yeah, and they have to gain the support of the fans. Oof, that's no easy job.
New Mets manager Mickey Callaway made sure to check off that last category before Saturday's 10-5 loss to the Cardinals. The skipper headed out to the berm to hang out with the fans and take some pictures.

Yeah, that's right -- the act inspired one fan to say "Mickey's the best manager," before his first season has even started. If he keeps this up, he could probably run for political office.
