It's a pretty widely-accepted rule that players on opposing teams don't help each other out on the baseball field. They want their team to win and the other team to lose. Otherwise, what's the point. Why do we play? Why are there sports? Why does pizza come in a square box?

Anyway, fortunately, there is no rule that says players can't help the fans of opposing teams. So, in between innings during the Orioles' 5-3 win over the Tigers on Sunday, Detroit's Nick Castellanos helped out a young O's fan who lost his hat in a steal-a-base race:

A true hero.
