Saturday marked the beginning of the 2017 Baseball Hall of Fame weekend activities. But before the newest Hall of Famers officially gained entrance to the Hall, there were still baseball games to be played. And one player paid a small tribute to one of the recent inductees.
When the Rangers were hosting the Orioles on Saturday, Texas outfielder Shin-Soo Choo wore red socks with "Pudge" written in white down the back complete with the No.7 -- Rodriguez's number on the team.

Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez is one of three players inducted this year into the Baseball HOF and spent a majority of his career (13 seasons) with the Rangers. He's also a World Series champion and collected 14 All-Star honors, 13 Gold Gloves, and won the American League MVP Award in 1999. Not a bad resume.

It may seem like a minute tribute, but Rodriguez made a major impact on the team. Major props to Choo.
