Evan Longoria hit a ground ball that was apparently possessed

Sure, you might not believe that human beings can be possessed (although there's ample evidence that backs that up), but what about baseballs? Does evil exist on the diamond? Can demons get in between the seams?
Well, in the seventh inning of Tuesday's Rays-Orioles game, Evan Longoria hit a ground ball that looked completely bewitched. It was going foul, and Longoria gave up on it believing it was going foul, but then, how?

Manny Machado then threw the Rays third baseman out at first. Yeah, we don't know either, Evan.

Even famed ghosthunter Lorraine Warren was terrified by what she'd seen.

Fortunately for Tampa Bay fans, the demonized baseball didn't stop the Rays from beating the first-place O's, 2-0.
