A lot goes into trying to throw out a baserunner: You need to actually catch the pitch first, then pop up, get the ball out of your glove and somehow stay focused on making a strong and accurate throw. It's a lot to consider! Oh, and we forgot to mention, be sure to mind the human-sized obstacle standing in the way, or else this might happen:

In fairness to Reds catcher Chad Tromp, he was probably still very emotional about the finale of "The Bachelor." Pitcher Keyvius Sampson was totally Team JoJo, and that just couldn't fly.
