Sometimes, the best way to productively end a conflict is to cut one's losses and admit defeat. During the 7th inning of Saturday's game against the Nationals, Rangers right fielder Shin-Soo Choo decided that surrendering was the best way to proceed after his teammate, Nomar Mazara, rocketed a foul ball into the Rangers' dugout, narrowly missing Choo.

That foul ball may have looked innocent enough, but try telling that to the dugout wall, which bore the damage.

In the interest of self-preservation, Choo decided to inform Mazara that, whatever issues they may have had, they're over. Just, please, don't send another foul ball into the dugout.
