Each October, the MLB postseason belongs to someone or something. Whether it's the Rally Monkey in 2002, Daniel Murphy in 2015 or David Ross last year, October is always dominated by a particular force. With so much good baseball packed into one month, it's sometimes tough to follow all the madness, so we created the Baseball October Arbitrary Rankings Device (The B.O.A.R.D.) to keep track of it all.
Thursday's postseason action guaranteed something that many have anticipated all season long: that the World Series will go through Dodger Stadium.
The team with the best regular-season record completed its impressive campaign through the National League, as the Dodgers defeated the Cubs, 11-1, in Game 5 of the NLCS presented by Camping World to clinch the organization's first pennant in 29 years.

Kiké Hernández became only the 10th player in MLB history to launch three dingers in a single postseason game and the first Dodger to accomplish the feat. The left fielder's crazy game obviously earned him a spot on the B.O.A.R.D., but was it enough to put him on top?
