The Commissioner's Trophy visited Wall Street to help ring the opening bell at the NYSE

Winning a World Series championship for the first time in 108 years gets everybody's attention -- including, as it turns out, the most famous financial institution in the country.The New York Stock Exchange celebrated the Cubs' World Series title on Thursday morning by having the Commissioner's Trophy and Cubs' "W" flag present for the ceremonial ringing of the opening bell.

No word as to whether or not the trophy purchased any Wrigley stock while it was in town.
