Wrigley Field is the second-oldest stadium in MLB, after Fenway Park. It opened in 1914 -- the same year beloved Cubs' broadcaster Harry Caray was born. In all that time, Wrigley Field had never celebrated a World Series win.
Here's the exact moment that was no longer true:

Game 7, which the Cubs won in extras, 8-7, obviously took place over in Cleveland, but that didn't matter. These fans just wanted to be near their ballpark and to see the iconic Wrigley Field marquee illuminate with a phrase it had never displayed before:
