A's Athletic Club Sells Out 17 Months Ahead of 2028 Ballpark Opening

76% of buyers call Southern Nevada home, showcasing the locally anchored fanbase taking shape ahead of the Club’s debut

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The Athletic Club, the most exclusive premium hospitality experience inside the A’s future ballpark in Las Vegas, has sold out 17 months ahead of the ballpark’s scheduled opening in 2028. With 76% of buyers from Southern Nevada, the sellout demonstrates local demand as the team builds their fan base in Las Vegas.

“What stands out most about the response to the Athletic Club is not just that it sold out, but also who is buying it,” said Marc Badain, president of the Athletics. “Three out of every four buyers are from Southern Nevada, and nearly 70% are individuals rather than businesses. That tells us something important about the future of the A’s in Las Vegas – our fanbase is already taking shape and there’s real excitement in the community about what’s to come.”

Located behind home plate, the Athletic Club is designed as a destination within the ballpark, bringing together thoughtful hospitality, dining, and baseball in an intimate setting unlike other traditional premium spaces. The club is being developed in partnership with acclaimed hospitality leader Will Guidara and Aramark Sports + Entertainment, bringing together their expertise to create an elevated and distinctive hospitality experience.

The Athletic Club will feature a private entrance, a distinctive speakeasy-inspired aesthetic, with design details that pay tribute to the A’s storied history. Its dining experience draws inspiration from the timeless atmosphere of a classic steakhouse, creating a setting that feels both deeply connected to baseball and distinctly Las Vegas.

“Excellence comes through thousands of little details executed perfectly,” said Will Guidara. “That’s how we’re approaching the design of every square inch of this ballpark. And I cannot wait for people to walk in and breathe life into what we’ve built.”

“The enthusiasm for The Athletic Club validates what we've seen across sports and entertainment: fans are looking for experiences that feel more personal and immersive”, said Alicia Wonzicki at Aramark. “In partnership with the A's and Will Guidara, we're creating hospitality that is intentional, personalized, and centered around connection. The Athletic Club reflects our shared commitment to elevating the fan experience through memorable moments, exceptional service, and a sense of belonging that extends beyond the game itself.”

The Athletic Club is one part of a broader premium hospitality portfolio designed to give fans different ways to experience events at the future ballpark. With the Athletic Club now sold out, the Diamond Club is now the most exclusive premium offering currently available, with limited space remaining. Located adjacent to the Athletic Club behind home plate on the field level, the Diamond Club is an all-inclusive social hub featuring Vegas-inspired food stations inclusive of locally curated dishes, chef’s specials, and a bold selection of elevated game day favorites. Seats are located behind home plate, just rows behind the catcher.

In addition to the Diamond Club, Dugout Clubs and Legends Lounge seats are also on sale.
