Miller exits after getting hit by pitch in shoulder

ST. PETERSBURG -- Brad Miller left the Rays' 2-0 win over the Blue Jays on Thursday with a right shoulder contusion.
After the game, the Rays said Miller was day to day.
Miller got hit on his right shoulder by a pitch thrown by Tom Koehler in the second inning. He continued to play, but came out following the fourth inning.
Adeiny Hechavarría took over at shortstop and Daniel Robertson, who started Thursday's game at shortstop, slid over to second base to take Miller's place.
