Following a 10-year tenure (2009-18) as head coach at Tarleton State University (TX), Conger began his professional coaching career in the Texas Rangers organization from 2019-20.

Joe Ayrault has been promoted to field coordinator following 16 seasons (2010-25) as a Minor League manager in the organization, including the last two seasons (2024-25) at Double-A Biloxi where he was named the 2025 Southern League Manager of the Year.

In their new roles, Borbón and LeBoeuf will spend time at each affiliate mentoring and guiding Minor League players and staff.
