The players listed below could provide difference-making stats for DraftKings participants on Friday.
Adam Eaton: From his perch atop the lineup, the outfielder could reach base often or score multiple runs when he faces right-hander Mike Wright (career 6.10 ERA, 1.50 WHIP) at hitter-friendly Camden Yards. In his career, Eaton has posted a .779 OPS against righties in comparison to a .714 mark vs. southpaws.

Jose Abreu: Since arriving to the Majors at the outset of 2014, Abreu has produced an impressive .298/.355/.536 slash line against right-handers. Hitting .190 this season, the first baseman could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he faces Wright (career 5.75 FIP) at Baltimore's homer-happy venue.

Gregory Polanco: The speedy outfielder has produced pronounced lifetime splits, with a .765 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .528 mark vs. lefties. Polanco could have an outstanding game when he faces righty Dan Straily (career 4.53 ERA, 1.29 WHIP) and a Reds relief corps that ranks last in the Majors with a 6.22 ERA.
John Jaso The first baseman has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he owns a lifetime .799 OPS (.542 vs. lefties). Jaso could drive in multiple runs when he tangles with the righty Straily (career 4.74 FIP) and a shaky Reds bullpen.
Miguel Cabrera: With a lifetime .322/.389/.562 slash line against right-handers, the first baseman has proven to be among the best in baseball during those matchups. Cabrera could put a ball into the outfield seats when he faces Twins righty Phil Hughes, who owns a lifetime 1.2 HR/9 rate and posted a 1.7 mark in 2015. Also of note: the right-handed slugger will bat at Target Field, which is a power-enhancing venue for righty batters.

Domingo Santana: Hitting out of the leadoff spot at his hitter-friendly home park, Santana may maximize his opportunities to reach base or display his plus power when he takes his lifetime .899 OPS against left-handers (.631 vs. righties) into a matchup with Marlins southpaw Adam Conley (career 4.07 ERA, 1.33 WHIP).
Corey Dickerson: With a lifetime .938 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .643 mark vs. lefties, Dickerson could post an impactful total in DraftKings contests when he faces Blue Jays righty Aaron Sanchez. In his career, Sanchez has allowed left-handed hitters such as Dickerson to record an .803 OPS (.395 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Logan Morrison: Morrison is hitting .107 this season, which could make him a cost-effective option when he brings his lifetime .753 OPS against right-handers (.675 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Sanchez (career 4.03 FIP). As a left-handed hitter, Morrison will be in prime position to take Sanchez deep or drive in multiple runs.
Yan Gomes: The catcher could provide production from a premium position by ripping a round-tripper at homer-happy Citizens Bank Park at the expense of the lefty Morgan (career 4.90 FIP) or a Phillies bullpen that ranks 26th in baseball with a 4.87 ERA. In his career, Gomes has logged a .792 OPS against left-handers in comparison to a .716 mark vs. righties.
Sean Manaea: With a lifetime 2.82 ERA and a 10.8 K/9 rate in the Minors, the recently recalled left-hander could have a stellar big league debut when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against an Astros lineup that leads the Majors with 224 strikeouts.

Alex Wood: Having logged a 6.00 ERA and a 1.76 WHIP this season, Wood could be a cost-effective option in DraftKings contests when he faces the Padres at his pitcher-friendly home park. The left-hander could pick up a win if his supporting cast succeeds against San Diego righty Cesar Vargas, who will be making his second career start.
Francisco Liriano: Having logged a 3.32 ERA and a 9.6 K/9 rate since joining the Pirates at the outset of 2013, Liriano has the skills to spin a gem when he works at his offense-suppressing home park against the Reds in a seemingly advantageous matchup with Straily.
Corey Kluber: By tossing eight innings of one-run ball in his most recent outing, Kluber showed that he's bounced back from a slow start to the season. The right-hander -- who has posted a 3.05 ERA, a 1.07 WHIP and a 10.0 K/9 rate since the outset of 2014 -- will be poised to have a dominant start when he ventures to the National League to face a Phillies lineup that ranks 20th in the Majors with a .699 OPS against righties.
