Dodgers, Cubs NLCS Game 1 starting lineups

CHICAGO -- The Cubs stuck to the same lineup in Game 1 of the National League Championship Series (tonight on FS1, 8 p.m. ET/7CT/5PT) as they did in the NL Division Series, starting Ben Zobrist in left field and Javier Báez at second base to back up starter Jon Lester.
Baez started all four games at second base in the NLDS against the Giants, with Zobrist moving to the outfield.
Manager Joe Maddon kept Addison Russell in the No. 5 spot in the order, even though the 22-year-old shortstop went 1-for-15 in the NLDS.

The Dodgers, meanwhile, made two interesting lineup selections, beginning with a switch behind the plate. Veteran Carlos Ruiz is starting and batting sixth instead of Yasmani Grandal, who started all five games against the Nationals in the NLDS. The move certainly isn't because of Ruiz's history against Lester; he is hitless in 16 career plate appearances against the Cubs' starter.
Kiké Hernández, who wasn't on the Division Series roster, is starting at second and batting seventh.
The top five spots remain the same as L.A.'s Game 3 lineup in the Division Series against Nationals lefty Gio González, with Howie Kendrick leading off and playing left field.
