DENVER -- Dodgers manager Dave Roberts made his daily probable pitcher announcement Monday, naming rookie Ross Stripling to start Wednesday's series finale against the Rockies and Jeff Hoffman.
Stripling is 3-5 with a 4.13 ERA in 16 games (12 starts). In his last start Thursday at Dodger Stadium, he allowed three runs in five innings of the Giants' 4-0 win. He will be facing the Rockies for the first time.
Bud Norris, who allowed two runs in five innings to the Cubs on Friday night, will be available for relief duty during the Colorado series.
