It's time to honor those who flashed the leather like none other across Minor League Baseball.

Three Top 100 prospects headlined the nine-player crop of 2026 Minor League Gold Glove Award winners, Rawlings and Minor League Baseball announced Sunday. Standout shortstop Franklin Arias (No. 2 overall prospect) leads the group along with first baseman Josiah Hartshorn (MLB No. 35) and catcher Caden Bodine (MLB No. 46).

Arias committed just five total errors in 117 games between Double-A Portland and Triple-A Worcester. Boston's top prospect strengthened his profile with a breakout power campaign in which he slugged 25 home runs with a .957 OPS. Arias features a 60-grade field tool with promise that he can eventually hold down shortstop in the big leagues. He maintained his versatility at Triple-A with reps at second base as well.

Hartshorn also had just five errors at first base in 2026 and did not commit one in 21 games in center field. At the plate, he impressed in his first full professional season with 23 homers, 112 RBIs and a .925 OPS. The Cubs challenged their top prospect with promotions to three levels in 2026. He answered well at each stop and should start 2027 back at Double-A.

Bodine stayed at work behind the plate in 2026, when he threw out 19 percent of potential basestealers with a .988 fielding percentage. He advanced his offensive game as well as he slashed .342/.410/.517 across four levels.

The other ranked prospects who earned recognition included Triple-A Toledo second baseman Max Anderson, High-A Spokane third baseman Ethan Hedges, Reds outfielder Carlos Jorge, Double-A Amarillo outfielder Druw Jones, Triple-A Omaha outfielder Carson Roccaforte and Double-A Somerset right-handed pitcher Cade Smith.
