KD wore signed Judge Team USA jersey to watch win vs. Mexico
A four-time Olympic gold medalist, Kevin Durant knows a thing or two about bringing home a title for Team USA.
Monday night, the NBA superstar liked what he saw on the diamond as the Americans continued their title push at the World Baseball Classic.
Durant rocked an autographed Aaron Judge jersey while sitting behind home plate at Daikin Park in Houston as Team USA defeated Mexico, 5-3, to stay unbeaten in pool play. In addition to signing his name, Judge wrote “All Rise” and “3x AL MVP” in the “99” numbering on the back of Durant’s jersey.
Rather appropriately, Judge -- who is serving as the country’s captain -- opened the scoring with a two-run homer.

Durant also came away impressed with Paul Skenes, who drew the starting nod and blanked Team Mexico across four scoreless innings.
“Paul Skenes is a dawg,” Durant posted on X.
Widely considered one of the best players in NBA history, Durant has plenty of experience with baseball, too. He threw out the first pitch at a Giants game in 2016, receiving tips from the late great Willie Mays. Last year, Durant -- then with the Phoenix Suns -- attended a Spring Training game in Arizona to watch White Sox pitcher Justin Dunn, the brother of Durant’s then-teammate, Ryan Dunn.
Durant isn't done suiting up for Team USA, either. He told ESPN last month that he plans to play in the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles. Most recently, Durant helped the U.S. to a gold medal at the Paris Games in 2024, and is the all-time leading scorer for U.S. men’s basketball in Olympic competition.
