The best way to kick off the Mariners' 50 Seasons Celebration Weekend is to bring some home runs to the party.
The Alumni Home Run Derby will take place tonight after the conclusion of the Rays-Mariners game, which is scheduled to start at 6:45 p.m. PT on Apple TV.
The Alumni Home Run Derby will be free to stream on Mariners.TV. All you have to do is log into your account at MLB.com or the MLB App. Don’t have an account? It’s free to create a username and password, and no credit card is required.
Ken Griffey Jr. will be the commissioner of the event, Jay Buhner and Nelson Cruz will serve as the coaches, Julio Rodríguez will be the DJ and MLB Network's Greg Amsinger will emcee the festivities.
Ichiro, Mike Cameron and other former Mariners sluggers are slated to participate in the Derby as they swing for the fences at T-Mobile Park.
As various targets are hit throughout the field, fans will have the chance to win prizes like a Nintendo Switch 2, a Fire TV and more.
