Kelly takes no-hitter into 6th, then exits with right leg cramp

PHOENIX -- Diamondbacks right-hander Merrill Kelly entered the sixth inning working on a no-hitter against the Dodgers on Friday night at Chase Field. He left it with cramps and two hits allowed with two outs.
Kelly got Freddie Freeman to ground into a fielder's choice, and after the play was complete, he motioned for the trainer to come out to the mound. There was hardly a conversation before Kelly walked off the field. The team announced that he had a right leg cramp.
Kelly, however, remained in the dugout through the end of the inning.
Kelly has had leg cramping issues in the past, but it had not happened to him this year.
Before leaving the game, Kelly had a no-hitter through five before Tommy Edman led off the sixth with an infield single.
