There have been many memorable first pitches over the years. What we saw at the Reno Aces' game on Friday night at Greater Nevada Field (home of the D-backs' Triple-A affiliate) certainly qualifies as notable.
Two performers from the Cirque Alice show at the Eldorado Resort in Reno, Nev., threw multiple first pitches while balancing on each other’s heads. The performer on the bottom tossed an underhand throw to the catcher, which was preceded by the balancing performer on top making a toss.
Minor League Baseball games certainly bring out the uniqueness and quirkiness with entertainment, but even this first pitch caught our attention.
