Ready for goosebumps? 'We Play Loud' unveiled

With the postseason underway, it’s time to get loud.

Major League Baseball on Tuesday revealed its “We Play Loud” campaign in conjunction with the 2019 postseason, an initiative that will further highlight its young core of spirited personalities.

With vibrant graphics, art and colors reflective of the players that the league has progressively pushed to brand in recent years, “We Play Loud” will be showcased across the league’s social media and other marketing outlets, including a television spot. Yankees slugger Aaron Judge, Cardinals ace Jack Flaherty, Nationals outfielder Juan Soto, Dodgers MVP candidate Cody Bellinger and Astros star Alex Bregman voice the spot.

“We Play Loud” mirrors last year’s “Let the Kids Play” campaign, which -- voiced by Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr. -- outlined that baseball’s unwritten rules should be approached more liberally. The Griffey spot, which proved to be incredibly well-received, criticized opponents of bat flips, staredowns and other celebrations.
