Nats-Phils rained out Monday; twin bill Tuesday

PHILADELPHIA -- The opener of a four-game series between the Nationals and Phillies at Citizens Bank Park was postponed because of inclement weather Monday night.

The teams will play a single-admission doubleheader Tuesday, with Game 1 beginning at 4:05 p.m. ET. Phillies ace Zack Wheeler (8-5, 3.71 ERA) will face Nationals right-hander Trevor Williams (5-6, 4.72) in Game 1.

Phils left-hander Ranger Suárez (2-5, 4.01) will face Nats right-hander Josiah Gray (7-9, 3.54) in Game 2, which will begin approximately 30 minutes after Game 1.

Gates will open at 3:05 p.m.
