This might be the catch of the year at any level of baseball.

Cubs No. 3 prospect Pete Crow-Armstrong provided a play worthy of highlight reels across the country for High-A South Bend on Saturday. On a ball hit deep to the left-center gap, Crow-Armstrong got on his horse and made an incredible sliding snag to rob Beloit’s Nasim Nunez of extra bases in the third inning of South Bend's 2-1 victory.

Crow-Armstrong, whom the Cubs acquired in the Javier Báez deal ahead of last season's Trade Deadline, boasts a 70-grade glove according to MLB Pipeline, so it comes as no surprise that he’s making unbelievable catches in center field. This one was just had that little extra spice to it, though.
