New Top 30 prospects are in! Where do Phillies' draftees rank?

PHILADELPHIA -- Though the Phillies were aggressive in their pursuit for upgrades at this year’s Trade Deadline, they managed to keep the top of their farm system mostly intact.

Philadelphia navigated the Deadline without moving any of its top three prospects (Gage Wood, Aidan Miller and Francisco Renteria) or perhaps their brightest surprise this season (Bryan Rincon). The Phillies also managed to make some significant additions to their system in the 2026 Draft.

So, with both the Draft and the Trade Deadline behind us, what does the Phillies’ updated Top 30 Prospects list look like following MLB Pipeline’s midseason re-rank?

Biggest jump/fall
Here are the players whose ranks changed the most from the preseason list:

Jump: Bryan Rincon (Preseason: 29 | Midseason: 5) – A 14th-round pick in 2022, Rincon burst onto the scene this year with Double-A Reading. The 22-year-old switch-hitter has displayed an impressive combination of power and speed, with 18 homers and 25 stolen bases through 92 games with Double-A Reading. It's a major step forward from last season, when Rincon slashed .181/.304/.298 with just six homers in 84 games with High-A Jersey Shore.

Fall: RHP Jean Cabrera (Preseason: No. 15 | Midseason: NR) – One of the Phillies' top starters in the Minors entering the season, Cabrera was considered a potential depth piece for the 2026 Phillies. But he struggled mightily out of the gate, putting up a 9.32 ERA in seven starts with Triple-A Lehigh Valley before being demoted to Double-A Reading. Things haven't gone much better since that move, with Cabrera posting a 7.19 ERA in 12 appearances (11 starts) with the Fightin Phils.
