Phillies-Braves delayed by rain after 4 innings

ATLANTA -- Tuesday night's game between the Braves and Phillies was delayed for a second time after the end of the 4th inning.
The Phillies' Ryan Howard hit a grand slam in the first inning to give Philly an early lead, while Freddie Freeman extended his hit streak to 29 to tie the MLB's longest hit steak of the season.
No announcement has been made as to when the game is expected to start again
Rain delayed the game 31 minutes before first pitch
