Friday's Phils-Nats opener postponed

WASHINGTON -- After the Nationals' series finale against the Orioles Thursday night was postponed due to rain, persistent rainy conditions also postponed Friday's opener against the Phillies.
The Nationals and the Phillies will play a split doubleheader on Sunday, with the first game set to begin at 1:35 p.m. ET and the makeup game scheduled for 7:05.
Game postponement information 
The shuffling means Gio González will start the first game of the doubleheader, with Max Scherzer taking the hill in the nightcap. Tanner Roark will start Saturday's series opener, which is slated for 7:05 p.m ET.
All tickets for Friday's game will be honored on Sunday night. Additionally, Friday's scheduled promotion for the Trea Turner bobblehead giveaway will take place during the makeup game.
