Today's players are known for their incredible custom equipment -- we've almost come to expect to see a brightly-colored glove or a pair of commemorative cleats -- but rarely does a coach steal the show.

Enter Quintin Berry, Brewers first-base coach and undeniable style icon. For his club's game against the Blue Jays on Friday night, Berry broke out a pair of high-gloss gold sneakers. So high gloss, in fact, that you could see other objects reflected in them.

But wait, there's more. In the sixth inning, the Brewers' home broadcast picked up on a crucial detail -- the light-up soles.

Still awaiting word on the power source making those kicks possible.
