Who's behind J.T.? One day after placing Stubbs on IL, Marchán (knee) exits early

PHILADELPHIA -- The Phillies placed backup catcher Garrett Stubbs on the 15-day injured list on Tuesday with left wrist inflammation.
Then their other backup catcher left Wednesday night's game because of left knee pain.
Rafael Marchán departed the club's 9-5 loss to the Dodgers at Citizens Bank Park in the top of the ninth inning. Phillies interim manager Don Mattingly said Marchán did something to his knee during a swing in a previous at-bat, likely coming in the eighth inning. Marchán tried to catch in the ninth, but he couldn't continue.

J.T. Realmuto took Marchán's place.
Paul McIntosh and Payton Henry are the catchers at Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Neither is on the 40-man roster.
