Rangers games to stream on new platform Bzzr
The Texas Rangers and Rangers Sports Network presented by Progressive (RSN) on Wednesday announced BZZR (pronounced ‘buzzer’), the first verified all-sports digital and content platform, as the new direct-to-consumer distributor for the club’s televised game broadcasts. The broadcasts will no longer be available on former provider Victory+, effective immediately.
“When Rangers Sports Network was launched in January 2025, we committed to providing our fans with the highest-quality options to watch our games,” said Chairman of Rangers Sports Media and Entertainment Company Neil Leibman. “It is unfortunate that this switch in direct-to-consumer distributors was necessary, but the decision was made in the best interest of both the Rangers and our fans. RSN is committed to continued delivery of the highest-quality game broadcast possible, and we feel BZZR is well-positioned to manage a seamless transition.”
RSN will continue to produce and distribute Rangers local television broadcasts, as it has since the start of the 2025 season. The only change is the club’s direct-to-consumer distributor. There are no changes to RSN’s distribution through cable, satellite, or over-the-air providers, all of which will continue uninterrupted. A full list of distributors is available at rangers.com/tunein.
Fans who have paid for subscriptions to the club’s previous direct-to-consumer distributor on a season-long or monthly basis will have their subscriptions transferred to BZZR. Former Victory+ customers will receive an email today prompting them to create a BZZR account and authenticate their subscription. Fans can also provide proof of purchase using a Victory+ receipt or credit card statement by visiting bzzr.com/texasrangers.
“We’re honored that the Texas Rangers have chosen BZZR as their direct-to-consumer streaming partner. Together, we’re creating a platform that gives fans unprecedented access while helping teams build deeper, year-round relationships with their audiences. We believe this represents the next evolution of sports streaming,” said Jeff Bookout, Founder and Chairman of the Board at BZZR. "Fans want access, community, and connection to the game they love, and that's what we deliver."
