Two of the players from this group of eight will be selected for induction in the Reds Hall of Fame class of 2026. Induction weekend and its celebration is scheduled for April 24-26.
Voting will be conducted by select members of the media, Reds alumni and fans to determine the inductees. Fans can cast their ballots online at RedsMuseum.org through Nov. 27 with a limit of one ballot per person/email address per day.
Eligibility for the modern player ballot includes someone who has played at least three seasons for the Reds with five years passed since the year of their final Major League season. Also, no more than 15 years can pass since their final MLB season.
The Reds Hall of Fame veterans committee will also consider additional induction candidates who retired more than 15 years ago, plus past managers and executives.
Those elected from both the modern player and veterans ballots will be announced next month.
