We’re still months away from the holiday season, yet May has seemingly turned into the Holliday season.

Rockies top prospect Ethan Holliday (MLB Pipeline’s No. 17 overall) whacked his fourth home run of the month Thursday -- and it’s only May 15. Holliday combined with fellow top-100 prospect Roldy Brito (Colorado No. 3, MLB No. 82) to deliver a 10-3 win for Single-A Fresno over Visalia at Chukchansi Park.

In the eighth inning, Holliday took a pitch low and inside and drove it to right-center field for his seventh big fly of 2026. Brito had doubled in front of him, giving Fresno its ninth and 10th runs of the evening.

Brito, as part of a 4-for-5 night with two RBIs, also looped a third-inning double the opposite way to left field. It scored a run and gave Fresno a 2-1 lead it never relinquished. Holliday followed Brito’s double with a single, allowing Brito to then score from third on a Tanner Thach single.

Brito’s second RBI came in the bottom of the sixth, as he punched a single to left field to make it 5-3. He additionally reached on a bunt hit in the first inning.

Holliday finished his performance 2-for-4, while he was hit by a pitch in the fifth and came around to score. The 2025 No. 4 overall pick is sporting a 1.103 OPS with 11 RBIs over 10 games in May. Holliday, the 19-year-old brother of Jackson Holliday and son of Matt Holliday, now has a .934 OPS in his first full season of professional baseball.

Meanwhile, Brito is setting the table for Holliday, hitting .336 this season. Similarly just 19 years old, the 2024 signee out of the Dominican Republic has tacked on four homers for a .936 OPS.
