Sasaki exits in 4th inning with right middle finger blister

ATLANTA -- Roki Sasaki made an early departure from the Dodgers' 6-5 walk-off loss to the Braves on Wednesday night after developing a blister on his right middle finger.
The injury forced Sasaki out in the bottom of the fourth inning with one out during a tough stretch for the right-hander. After walking Ozzie Albies to open the frame, Sasaki surrendered a single to Mike Yastrzemski and a sacrifice fly to Austin Riley that cut the Dodgers' lead to 3-2.
After Sean Murphy followed with a ground-rule double to put runners on second and third, the Dodgers' training staff went to the mound to check on Sasaki, who then exited. Right-hander Edgardo Henriquez entered in relief and allowed both inherited runners to score.
Sasaki was charged with four runs on six hits and two walks over 3 1/3 innings, striking out three on 66 pitches
The early departure interrupts what had been a strong second-half stretch for the 24-year-old right-hander. Sasaki entered Wednesday's outing boasting a 2.31 ERA over his previous six starts since the All-Star break.
