Royals Spring Training: What you need to know

KANSAS CITY -- It is time, Royals fans. Time to gear up for Spring Training.
Here are the basics of the Royals' camp which opens next week in Surprise, Ariz.

Yes, there are four diamonds at the north end of the facility where fans can observe and get autographs.

Feb. 23 vs. Rangers at Surprise Stadium
First TV game
March 9 at D-backs (2:10 CT)
One other notable game
March 19 vs. Cubs in Surprise, night game at 8:05 CT. Should be a huge crowd.

March 24 vs. Rangers in Surprise
Exhibition game
March 25 at Omaha vs. Triple-A affiliate
