Source: Sox, 2nd-rounder Chatham reach agreement

The Red Sox have agreed to terms with second-round pick C.J. Chatham, according to a source.
The club has not confirmed the signing, which a source said is for $1.1 million. Slot value for the 51st overall pick was $1,232,800.

Chatham is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound shortstop out of Florida Atlantic who hit .357/.554/.422 with eight home runs and 50 RBIs en route to being named First Team All-American by Louisville Slugger.
