Hoping the rebuilding effort will help the Phillies in the big leagues soon? Then knowing that 11 of the organization's Top 30 prospects will start the year in Triple-A Lehigh Valley might lift your spirits. Five of the Top 10, led by No. 1 prospect J.P. Crawford, will be in the International League. But it would also be worthwhile to see the other end of the system, at least in terms of full-season clubs. Lakewood, in the South Atlantic League, will be the home for 2016 No. 1 overall pick Mickey Moniak, as well as some exciting young arms (Sixto Sanchez and Adonis Medina).

A pair of right-handed pitchers aren't quite ready to start the season on Opening Day. Elniery Garcia had some shoulder fatigue and Victor Arano dealt with some biceps tendinitis, so both are kicking off 2017 on the disabled list.
