ANGELS HOST TIGERS AND CARDINALS IN SIX-GAME HOMESTAND DURING THROWBACK WEEK

The Angels host their ninth homestand of the year from July 17 – July 22. The homestand will begin with a three-game series against the Tigers and conclude with a three-game set against the Cardinals. Below is a look at the notable events and ceremonies taking place at Angel Stadium during the next homestand.

THROWBACK WEEK

• From Friday, July 17 to Wednesday, July 22, the Angels will celebrate Throwback Week at The Big A.
• Festivities will include throwback-themed in-game entertainment and giveaways, and the Angels will wear their Throwback uniforms for all six games during the week.
• CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCHES: Throughout Throwback Week, several Angels alumni will throw out ceremonial first pitches prior to the games, including Clyde Wright, Chuck Finley, and Doug DeCinces.
• FIREWORKS: Fans in attendance on Saturday, July 18, will be treated to a throwback-themed postgame firework show.
• BANDS AT THE BIG A: On Saturday, July 18, the Angels will host a local band that will play a throwback-themed 15-minute set before first pitch, as well as songs during and after the game.

IN THE COMMUNITY

• On Saturday, July 18, the Angels will join Easterseals Southern California in celebrating Disability Pride Night. The event will feature special game-day experiences including a pre-game tailgate underneath the Big A, activations on the Home Plate Pad, and in-game recognitions. The night will recognize Easterseals participants as the Honorary Bat Kid and Play Ball Honorees.
• On Tuesday, July 21, a player will visit Anaheim Central Library as part of the Rally Readers program.

CAL STATE FULLERTON COLLEGE NIGHT

• On Saturday, July 18, the Angels will celebrate Cal State Fullerton College Night at Angel Stadium. Prior to the game, there will be a photo opportunity, tabling by CSFU alumni and Titan athletics, and a jersey redemption for fans that purchased an Angels CSU Fullerton ticket package in the Gate 5 courtyard. Additionally, the CSU Fullerton Dance Team will perform on-field prior to the game.

FAMILY SUNDAY & KIDS RUN THE BASES

• Prior to the game on Sunday, July 19, fans in attendance can enjoy fun family games and activities at the Gate 5 courtyard. The festivities continue postgame, with the opportunity for kids to run the bases.

GIVEAWAYS

• Upon entrance to the game on Friday, July 17, the first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a Throwback Collared Crewneck courtesy of Salinas, Inc.
• Upon entrance to the game on Monday, July 20, the first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a Throwback Clear Backpack courtesy of State Farm.
