Brewers complete 2017 first-year player draft

The Milwaukee Brewers made a total of 41 selections during the 2017 First-Year Player Draft. The team selected second baseman Keston Hiura (University of California, Irvine), outfielder Tristen Lutz (James Martin Senior HS (Texas)) and right-handed pitcher Caden Lemons (Vestavia Hills HS (Alabama)) with the ninth, 36th and 46th picks, respectively. The Brewers made eight selections on day two and 30 on the third and final day.
The announcements were made by Director - Amateur Scouting Tod Johnson.
