D-backs Acquire Lars Nootbaar From Cardinals

The Arizona Diamondbacks acquired OF Lars Nootbaar from the St. Louis Cardinals for RHP Daniel Eagen, LHP Sandro Santana and a player to be named later.

In a corresponding move, RHP Zac Gallen was transferred to the 60-day Injured List (right elbow inflammation). The D-backs’ 40-man roster remains at 40.
