D-backs Have Club Record Trio of Winners with Ketel Marte, Geraldo Perdomo and Corbin Carroll Named 2025 NL Silver Slugger Award Recipients

The Arizona Diamondbacks had a franchise-record 3 winners as 2B Ketel Marte (second win), SS Geraldo Perdomo (first win) and OF Corbin Carroll (first win) have been named 2025 Louisville Slugger® Silver Slugger Award™ recipients for the National League, as announced by Louisville Slugger. It is the first time the D-backs have boasted multiple Silver Slugger winners since 2018 (2 - 1B Paul Goldschmidt and OF David Peralta) and 2011 (OF Justin Upton and RHP Daniel Hudson). The D-backs now have 15 total Silver Slugger awards.

The award recognizes the players who were the best offensive producers at each position in both leagues as voted by Major League Baseball managers and coaches with selections based on a combination of offensive statistics, including batting average, on-base percentage and slugging percentage, as well as the managers’ and coaches’ general impressions of a player’s overall offensive value.

2B | Ketel Marte | Second Silver Slugger Award

• Second consecutive Silver Slugger award (also: 2024).
• First D-backs second baseman to win multiple Silver Slugger awards.
• Ranked among NL leaders in OPS (4th, .893), OBP (5th, .376) and SLG (8th, .517).
• Among MLB leadoff hitters since 2024 (min. 350 PA), his .929 OPS ranked second to Shohei Ohtani/LAD (1.041).
• Among No. 2 hitters in the NL [min. 250 PA], ranked third in AVG, SLG, OPS and homers.
• Recorded a team-best 26-game on-base streak, the second longest of his career, behind his 30 in 2023.

• First D-backs shortstop to win a Silver Slugger award.
• Ranked among NL leaders in bWAR Position Players (1st, 7.0), fWAR (2nd, 7.1), Offensive bWAR (2nd, 6.8), OBP (3rd, .389), bWAR (4th, 7.0), hits (4th, 173), walks (T-4th, 94), AVG (5th, .290), RBI (7th, 100), runs (T-8th, 98), OPS (9th, .851) and doubles (T-10th, 33).
• Led the NL post All-Star break in OBP (.417) and times on base (120) and ranked third in AVG (.325) and OPS (.949).
• Was the only MLB shortstop to log a 100+-RBI season while his 173 hits ranked fourth.
• Became the first D-back shortstop in franchise history with a 20+-homer, 100+-RBI season.
• Set career bests in virtually every major offensive category.

OF | Corbin Carroll | First Silver Slugger Award

• Fourth D-backs outfielder to win a Silver Slugger award (also: David Peralta/2018, Justin Upton/2011 and Luis Gonzalez/2001).
• Ranked among NL leaders in triples (1st), SLG (3rd, .541), extra-base hits (T-3rd, 80), total bases (4th, 305), OPS (5th), runs (6th, 107), stolen bases (T-7th) and home runs (T-8th).
• Became the 10th player (12th time) in Major League history to reach 30+ doubles, 15+ triples and 30+ homers in a season, joining Babe Ruth (1921), Lou Gehrig (1927, ’30-31), Jim Bottomley (1928), Al Simmons (1930), Chuck Klein (1932), Hank Greenberg (1935), Joe DiMaggio (1937), Stan Musial (1948) and Jimmy Rollins (2007).
• Had a Major-League-record-tying 4 multi-triple games.
• Set career highs in home runs (31) and triples (17 - club record).
