D-backs option Dominic Leone to Triple-A Reno

PHOENIX - The Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks) optioned RHP Dominic Leone to Triple-A Reno following tonight's game and will make a corresponding move tomorrow, as announced by D-backs Sr. Vice President & General Manager Dave Stewart.
Leone, 24, has appeared in 2 games for the D-backs this season and in 6 games for the Aces (3.86 ERA; 3 ER in 7.0 IP).
