Diamondbacks earn prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award for third consecutive year
For the third straight year, the Arizona Diamondbacks are among the nation’s top companies, having earned the prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, a national recognition honoring organizations with exceptional, people-first workplace cultures that prioritize employee listening, engagement and workplace excellence. The team was selected from more than 42,000 invited organizations nationwide with 150 or more employees.
D-backs President, CEO & General Partner Derrick Hall accepted the honor at the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces National Awards Summit in Nashville, where he was also featured as a panelist in “The Essence of True Leadership – One with the Team,” a discussion focused on building trust, fostering collaboration and inspiring teams through authentic, hands-on leadership. Hall joined fellow business leaders in sharing insights on the importance of teamwork, communication and empowering employees to contribute to collective success.
