Team to host annual statue reflection on Jackie Robinson Day
LOS ANGELES – The back-to-back World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers return home to UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium after sweeping the Washington Nationals and winning two of three against the Toronto Blue Jays in a 2025 World Series rematch. The Dodgers’ second homestand will see three promotional giveaways, two special ticket pack nights and a celebration of Jackie Robinson Day on the final day of the six-game bout. Tickets remain available for all matchups of the homestand at dodgers.com/tickets.
The Dodgers will welcome the Texas Rangers to town for a three-game series starting tomorrow with a 7:10 p.m. start. Fans will receive part one of the Shohei Ohtani “Greatest Game” bobblehead, presented by Syncron, with the second installment coming on July 8 against the Colorado Rockies. The two-part bobblehead series commemorates Ohtani’s outstanding performance in Game 4 of the 2025 NLCS against the Brewers, where he homered three times and struck out 10 batters in six shutout innings. Ahead of Saturday’s 6:10 p.m. start, those who purchased a special ticket pack will take home a crewneck sweatshirt for Teacher Appreciation Night before the series wraps up on Sunday with a 1:10 p.m. start. After the game, Kids Run the Bases makes its debut for the 2026 season.
Hello Kitty Night kicks off the three-game series against the New York Mets on Monday, April 13 with a 7:10 p.m. start. A gray hoodie will be given out at stadium gates to fans as they enter. Hello Kitty will be in the Centerfield Plaza for photo opportunities and will also throw out the ceremonial first pitch. The Dodgers will celebrate healthcare workers on Tuesday at 7:10 p.m., as Healthcare Appreciation Night will provide a navy blue zip-up jacket to fans who purchased a special ticket pack.
The homestand will conclude with Jackie Robinson Day on April 15 at 7:10 p.m. A commemorative jersey, presented by UCLA Health, will be passed out to fans in attendance. Fresh off their national championship victory, the women’s basketball team from UCLA, Robinson’s alma mater, will bring their trophy and throw out an honorary first pitch. Prior to the game, the Mets will join the Dodgers for their annual Jackie Robinson Day reflection at No. 42’s statue in Centerfield Plaza. Joining the ballclubs will be Bob Kendrick, President of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, alongside Jackie Robinson Foundation scholars and Robinson’s granddaughters, Sonya Pankey Robinson and Ayo Robinson.
The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) returns for the 2026 season with exciting in-stadium fundraising opportunities for fans to give back while celebrating their team. Fans can support LADF by purchasing a 50/50 raffle ticket from sellers in pink aprons, shopping exclusive merchandise and memorabilia at the LADF Homebase Store, bidding on autographed items at Dodgers.com/Auctions, or purchasing personalized ribbon board messages at Dodgers.com/RibbonBoards. In Centerfield Plaza, fans can create their own custom collectible Dodgers baseball trading card - available only at Dodger Stadium. On Jackie Robinson Day, proceeds from the 50/50 raffle and online auction will go toward benefiting the Jackie Robinson Foundation to help support their efforts in addressing the financial needs of minority college students and providing extensive, hands-on mentoring and support services.
Auto gates will open for each game two and half hours prior to first pitch, with stadium gates opening two hours before the start of the game. Fans are encouraged to utilize Metro’s Dodger Stadium Express (DSE) to get to and from the ballpark. The shuttle service is free for all ticket holders and begins operation three hours before first pitch from Union Station and the Harbor Gateway Transit Center. The DSE will operate three hours prior to first pitch. Uber, the Dodgers’ official rideshare program, will continue to be an additional alternative of getting to UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium. The rideshare service will enter through Gate B, off of Stadium Way, to pick up and drop off riders in Lot 1, to allow a smoother entry and exit experience. More information on parking and transportation can be found online at www.dodgers.com/transportation.
