GUARDIANS CONFIRM MAJOR LEAGUE SPRING TRAINING NON-ROSTER INVITEES
CLEVELAND, OH – The Cleveland Guardians today confirmed the club’s non-roster invitees to 2026 Major League Spring Training camp. The current roster of non-roster players consists of 26 players, including 18 from within the organization and eight previously announced free agent signings.

Spent the 2025 season in AA Akron after spending six years in the Miami organization following his 2018 MLB Draft selection (sixth round) out of high school...Signed by the Guardians prior to Spring Training following his August 2024 release by the Marlins…Re-signed in October.
INF Travis Bazzana (23)
First overall selection in the 2024 MLB Draft out of Oregon State, split his first full season in the pro ranks between AA Akron and AAA Columbus…On the year, combined to post a .245 (74-for-302) batting average with 17 doubles, 9 home runs, 39 RBI and an .813 OPS around a pair of oblique strains…Currently ranked as the top prospect in the system (MLB.com & Baseball America).
C Jacob Cozart (23)
Second round selection by Cleveland in the 2024 MLB Draft out of NC State…Was named a Midwest League All-Star at catcher, starting the year at High-A Lake County before an August 11 promotion to Double-A Akron…Combined on the year slashed .235/.341/.371/.712.
RHP Aaron Davenport (25)
Sixth round selection by Cleveland in the 2021 MLB Draft out of Hawaii…Last season, posted a 7-7 mark with a 4.44 ERA in 28G/24GS between AA Akron and AAA Columbus, finishing second in the organization in innings (133.2IP) and tied for fifth in SO (117).
RHP Trenton Denholm (26)
Recorded an 11-8 mark between AAA Columbus and AA Akron, opening the season in Columbus (1 start) before spending the duration of the campaign in AA Akron (26G/18GS)...Finished third in the Eastern League in ERA (3.77), third in wins, ninth in SO and fourth in innings (126.2IP) before competing in the Arizona Fall League…Cleveland’s 14th round selection in the 2021 MLB Draft out of UC Irvine.
RHP Tommy Mace (27)
Second round selection by Cleveland in the 2021 MLB Draft out of the University of Florida… Split the 2025 season between Double-A Akron and Triple-A Columbus (30G/20GS), finishing tied for second in the PD system in wins (11) and sixth in innings pitched (115.2IP)...His .207 average against was tied with Yorman Gómez for the lowest in the system.
RHP Jake Miller (25)
20th round selection by Cleveland in the 2021 MLB Draft out of the University of San Diego…Combined 6-4 record with a 2.86 ERA in a career-high 42 games (2GS) between Akron and Columbus in 2025 (66.0IP, 54H, 21ER, 4HR, 56SO).
OF Alfonsin Rosario (21)
Acquired in November 2024 from the Chicago Cubs for RHP Eli Morgan, Rosario split the 2025 season between High-A Lake County and Double-A Akron, earning Midwest League All Star honors at DH despite spending the last five weeks in AA Akron after his Aug. 5...In his first full season in the Cleveland system, he ranked among system leaders in homers (T2nd, 21), TB (3rd, 200), runs (3rd, 69) and XBH (T5th, 46)... Currently ranked as the 24th-best prospect in the system according to Baseball America.
1B/OF Ralphy Velazquez (20)
First round selection (23rd overall) by Cleveland in the 2023 MLB Draft out of Huntington Beach (CA) High School…In 2025, he led the PD system in homers (22), hits (128), RBI (85), XBH (59), triples (9) and TB (240), while ranking second in runs (77) and third in SLG (.497) and OPS (.839)...Was promoted to Double-A Akron on August 11 after starting the year in Lake County, ranking T4th in the Eastern League in RBI (22), 3rd in XBH (16), T6th in homers (5) and 6th in OPS (.994) for the remainder of the 2025 season…Currently ranked as the 3rd-best prospect in the system according to Baseball America.
