DELTA DENTAL CHECK PRESENTATION: Delta Dental CEO Allan Allford will present a $1 million check to St. Vincent de Paul before the game. The funds will be used to help pay for dental tools, supplies and staff. When the clinic is completed it will be able to help 6,000 more patients annually. The clinic only had 8 doctors and was limited to serving 4,200 people each year.
MOST VALUABLE TEACHERS, supported by Papa John's: The D-backs and Papa John's will recognize this month's Most Valuable Teachers during a special pregame recognition. Parents and students are encouraged to nominate their favorite teacher to receive a $1,000 grant for school supplies, a Papa John's Pizza Party for their class and be honored at a D-backs game in 2018. HAILEY DAWSON FIRST PITCH: As part of Inclusion Day, eight-year-old Hailey Dawson will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Dawson was born with Poland Syndrome which caused her to have a missing right pectoral muscle and missing three fingers on her right hand as well as underdeveloped pinky and thumb fingers. She will throw out the first pitch while wearing a 3D-printed robotic hand featuring D-backs logos created by the University of Nevada - Las Vegas, College of Engineering.
INCLUSION DAY: The D-backs will host their seventh annual Inclusion Day, an event focused on the inclusion of all people. The goal is to share the message of inclusion instead of focusing on disabilities and will provide resources to educate fans on different services provided in Arizona. Michelle McIndoe will perform the national anthem and will also be performed in American Sign Language by Gerald Brown and Giovanny Correa from the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind. D-BACKS EXPRESS: The D-backs offer a hassle-free way to see a D-backs game for fans in Tucson. A luxury bus will pick up fans at the Foothills Mall in Tucson and drop off fans in front of Chase Field. Round-trip fares are $25 per person and leaves three hours before game time. BAXTER'S BIRTHDAY, presented by PetSmart: Several local mascots will join Baxter to help celebrate his birthday. Baxter and friends will greet fans at the doors from 11:30 am. - 12:00 p.m. and will be introduced prior to first pitch. All mascots, including Baxter, will sign autographs in the 4th inning at Baxter's Den in the Phoenix Children's Hospital Sandlot. Fans will also have the chance to sign a birthday card for Baxter throughout the game. Fans can also celebrate in La Terraza with piñatas and face painters.
MIGO & MEECHEE FIRST PITCH: Dr. Maya Warren will throw out the ceremonial first pitch with help from Warner Animation Group's upcoming animated movie "Smallfoot" characters Migo and Meechee.
FIESTA BOWL COMMITTEE: The D-backs will recognize the Fiesta Bowl Yellow Jackets committee members during a special pregame ceremony on the field.
S.E.E.K. ARIZONA: The D-backs will honor staff and volunteers during a pregame ceremony in celebration of S.E.E.K. Arizona's 15th anniversary. Their mission is to provide integrated, evidence based person-centered services to those in our community with Autism, Intellectual/Developmental or behavioral health disabilities.
KIDS RUN THE BASES FOR PCH: Kids ages 15 and younger are invited to run the bases after the game and can line up on the ramp near section 110 immediately following the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will donate $1 to Phoenix Children's Hospital for every kid that crosses home plate.
SMILE GENERATION KIDS TAKE THE FIELD: Kids ages 7-15 can enter for the chance to "Take the Field" with D-backs players at every Sunday home game prior to the National Anthem.
DOG DAYS OF SUMMER: Fans can enjoy the game with their canine friend from the PetSmart Patio. Fans can use the PetSmart Dog Park and treat their dog to doggy concession favorites such as doggy ice cream. SANDERSON FORD CRONISTA INFANTIL: The D-backs and Sanderson Ford will host the next Cronista Infantil as a guest on the D-backs' Spanish radio broadcast alongside Oscar Soria and Rodrigo Lopez during the game. D-BACKS KIDS CLUB, presented by Danzeisen Dairy: The Kids Club is a free program for kids 15 & younger that rewards members with prizes for each game they attend, including a complimentary ticket to Sunday home games. BUDWEISER BBQ WEEKEND: Levy Restaurants has teamed up with D-backs partner Anheuser Busch to create custom menu items featuring Budweiser BBQ Sauce and Four Peaks salsas and queso that will be exclusive to Chase Field for this weekend only. The specialty menu items include Hops and Hog Nachos (Section 105), Scotch Ale Brined Pork Shoulder (Section 118) and Smokehouse Street Tacos (Section 130). There will also be special menu items located on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Suites Level for suite holders, at The Draft Room and in the Audi Quattro Lounge (Sunday only).
CRONKITE SPORTS CAMP - July 21-22: Students from Arizona State University will be at the ballpark for the Cronkite Sports Camp. During the camp, students will live the life of a professional journalist and broadcaster as they will attend press conferences and simulate in-game play-by-play.
20th ANNIVERSARY EXPERIENCE: Fans are encouraged to check out the 20th Anniversary Experience at every D-backs home game at Chase Field. The Experience is a 2,000 square-foot exhibit at Chase Field, located on the main concourse in right field behind the Coors Light Strike Zone. It features historic artifacts, memorabilia and photography celebrating the team's history and a wall featuring baseballs signed by nearly all D-backs players and coaches. The Experience also includes a showcase of the team's 2001 World Series championship and each Silver Slugger, Gold Glove and Cy Young Award won by a D-backs player. D-BACKS AUTHENTICS: The D-backs sell game-used and authenticated merchandise ranging from game-used bases, jerseys, bats, balls and lineup cards to autographed merchandise.
